Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
At WiseMindPath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on https://wisemindpath.com.
2. Returns
You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
- Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must include the original proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
To start a return, please contact us at info@wisemindpath.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we can issue a refund instead.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If you used a promotional discount or coupon, that amount will not be refunded.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following items:
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by us
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Returns should be sent to our fulfillment address (provided by email when your return is approved).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
